Refund policy

At Blair Mercer, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and refund process.


Returns

  • You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

    • With all tags attached

    • In the original packaging (if possible)

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance or limited edition products) are not eligible for return.


How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support at support@blairmercer.com to initiate a return.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

  • Partial refunds may be issued if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@blairmercer.com with photos of the issue.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
