Shipping

We process all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control.


Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
